Beef Teriyaki

Ingredients
1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon canola oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 1/2 pounds Laura’s Lean Flank Steak
Directions
1. Whisk together soy sauce and next 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Place flank steak in a resealable plastic bag; add soy sauce mixture, mixing well. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
2. Remove steak from marinade. Broil steak 5 1/2 inches from heat 6 to 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Cool; thinly slice across the grain.
Makes 6 servings.
