Cattle specifications

We have an exclusive alliance with the North American Limousin Foundation and the American - International Charolais Association for cattle raised without antibiotics or growth hormones added. We are also working with the Simmental, Gelbvieh, Piedmontese and Belgian Blue Associations to help supply us with lean, heavy muscled, all natural cattle. We prefer high percentage exotic cattle, particularly 3/4 or higher exotic cross cattle, which possess added muscle and leanness. The more defined the muscle of calves the better they will yield grade and the greater the bonus potential. For information about our allowable feeds, click here.
